HT Units Basic Series

Heat Treatment Units Basic are our simplest models of mobile heat treatment units used for pre-heating of pipes and steel constructions in a workshop or on site. The cabinet is designed for easy movement and manufactured in stainless steel enabling it to be used in tough environments.

Our “Basic” units is equipped with one PID controller BTC 9300 for each channel and it can be equipped with a digital or analog recorder if needed. These types of heat treatment units are easy to use and best suited for applications like preheating and drying or curing of concrete. This product can be delivered separately or complete with all necessary equipment for heat treatment.

Heat Treatment Units Xpert Series

Heat treatment units Xpert series is our top model program of mobile heat treatment machines used and developed for stress relieving, preheating of pipes and steel constructions in a workshop or on site. The cabinet is designed for easy movement and manufactured in stainless steel enabling the heat treatment machine to be used in tough environments.

The heat treatment units in our Xpert series is controlled by a powerful industrial PC. The unique and own developed control system has a user-friendly interface and 15” touch screen. Information about time and temperature curves can be saved in PDF format and can easily be obtained by plugging in a USB memory. The operator can easy add specific information about the process directly on the machine. The added information about the process will be obtained on the same PDF file as the temperature curve.
