Service
We offer flexible service agreements for preventive maintenance, calibration and urgent maintenance. We can make a proposal that suits your business and your needs. We can also perform service and calibration on other furnace brands.
Preventive maintenance
We do an electrical and mechanical overview in order to get a safer production with fewer surprises. By detecting any heat leaks or elements that do not work, you can reduce your energy consumption.
Calibration
By calibrating sensors and control systems and logging the temperature you get proof that you are following requirements and keeping quality. We perform TUS tests according to a numerous of standards.
Urgent maintenance
We can repair fan packages in our workshop or send parts that you replace yourself. We have a wide stock with the most common oven components. We can also send out technicians who replace parts or do repair directly on site.
Retro-fit
We are rebuilding and modernizing old ovens. We can upgrade control systems, replace electrical cabinets, add safety features, replace heat packages / elements or add production-enhancing components such as light towers, energy meters and loggers.
We always recommend that calibration of sensors and control systems as well as an oven temperature control are performed annually.
