As all our ovens and furnaces can be customized the variety of temperature ranges, sizes and configurations are unlimited. ElectroHeat ovens and furnaces are used for heating of large or small pieces, in batches or continuously with a conveyor line, or with a motorized wagon, it all depends on the process requirements. They can be used for many different materials such as hardening of steel, forming of plastics and baking of carbon fiber.
The heating system can be electric convection or gas fired. Our temperature range is up to 1200 degrees C. Our Vacuum ovens are designed up to 200 degrees C and can also be customized to meet the product size.
For processes such as Nitriding, Carbonitriding with e.g. oil or salt quenching we are co-operating with the Swiss expert Codere.
