The flexible preheated elements is used for preheating. These heating elements are supplied with Superwool blanket enclosed in mesh. The blanket is attached to a stainless steel plate which protects from weld splatter. The plate is provided with hooks where magnets can be attached, this makes the elements very easy to mount (the elements can also be attached by banding). The FPE can be used on flat surfaces as well as curved. This heating element is designed to provide preheating up to a temperature of 700°C. This type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 30V up to 80V.

We stock the following elements but we also have the ability to customize these heating elements as we manufacture them in our own workshop in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Our high quality ceramic heating elements is manufactured from high grade nickel-chrome (NiCr) 80/20 19 Stranded resistance wire which run through durable aluminum oxide ceramics beads. Each ceramic pad heater has a cold tail of nickel 212 wire which allows the operator to safely work with the element heater when it’s in use. All of our ceramic heating elements are equipped with Camlock connectors.

The insulators together with the resistance wires are very flexible and gives a good heat radiation and effective heat transmission during the required thermal process. ElectroHeat FCP heating elements are manufactured with a wide range of power ratings and voltages. We are able to meet our customers’ needs regarding special models of size, shape, voltages and power rating.

Our ceramic pad heater is designed for temperatures up to 1000°C and suitable for all kinds of heating like preheating, tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization of pipes and pressure vessels etc. This of type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 30V up to 80V.

Glands and Termination Kits
Suitable glands and termination kits are an absolutely necessity when installing heating-cables. We offer a complete range for all of our products for all environments.

Aluminium or Stainless Steel Foils
To enable maximum heat transference we offer foils that may be used for two purposes in one: As an interim layer between heating cables and insulation to reflect the heat into the vessel, pump, or pipe and additionally to hold the heating cable in position.

Junction boxes and suitable consoles
Junction-boxes for connecting electrical heating equipment in hazardous or non-hazardous areas. Our Junction boxes are made from either: polyester, reinforced glass-fibre, or aluminium and are supplied with terminals, glands and/or metric outlets. They are resistant against solvents and acids, and they are flameproof. For installation of the boxes we can also offer mounting brackets.

Assembly Aid
When installing heating cables and tapes on vessels, pipes, valves and surfaces, it is necessary to maintain product spacing due to many reasons. Special metal bands provide perfect installation assistance to keep the correct distance. In addition we offer various adhesive tapes and heat
transfer cement.

Gas Bottle Heaters
Isopad gas bottle heaters have been designed specifically to solve the issues associated with gas usage in cold climates i.e. gas separation, gas liquefaction and reduced capacity. There are two versions available, a heavy duty metal version which is based on the same technology as our metal drum heater and is suitable for use in hazardous areas and a soft lag gas bottle heater.

Isopad gas bottle heaters have a unique “clam shell” design and castors, heaters can simply be wheeled up to and closed around the gas bottle, eliminating overhead lifting.

Drum Heaters

Isopad offers a range of drum and base heaters that provide a reliable way to reduce viscosity, protect stored product from frost and enable product removal. Available in both nonhazardous and hazardous area versions with reliable temperature control, Isopad drum heaters offer the ideal heating solutions for viscous products stored in drums, for example: adhesives, asphalt, waxes/paraffin, chemicals, chocolate dyes and varnishes. Three types of drum heaters are available a metal drum heater, a soft jacket drum heater and a silicone drum heating band.
