Heat Treatment Process Lines

Mobile furnace for repairing high voltage cable

The equipment consists of a stainless steel chassis connected to a control cabinet. The control cabinet contains a heating element mounted around an insulated steel pipe. A fan with air filter circulates the air to the oven chassis. The flow is controlled by a ball valve.

Rotation Ovens explained

Our convection Rotation ovens are often used for applications where the goods needs stirring during the heating for achieving right quality. The oven is mainly used for low temperatures from 40°C up to 200°C but can be manufactured for higher temperatues when needed. The Rotation oven can be delivered in several different types of designs and with different integrated peripheral equipment.

The Rotation oven is built up by an iron framework and is insulated with mineral wool. The oven is covered with steel sheets on the inside and is welded gastight if needed. One or several heating fan units are mounted on the roof or the wall to guarantee and ensure a high temperature accuracy. Our fan units can easy be equipped with air outlet and intake to speed up the cooling process and for diversion of dangerous fumes like smoke from oil etc.

Temporary ovens and furnaces

For occasions when it is not economically profitable or technically possible to use a traditional oven, we can manufacture a temporary oven. Temporary kilns are built up in sections that are assembled on site.

These furnaces can be heated with mobile gas heaters or with a plurality of electric mobile heat treatment units. Objects of several hundred tons can be heated to the desired temperature. No objects are too large for this type of oven.

Top loaded oven

Our Top loaded convection ovens are often used for shrink fitting applications in temperatures from 40°C up to 850°C. The Top loaded oven can be delivered in several different types of designs and with different integrated peripheral equipment.
The Top loaded oven is built up by an iron framework and is insulated with mineral wool and superwool. The oven is covered with stainless steel or regular steel sheets on the inside and is welded gastight if needed. One or several heating fan units are mounted in the bottom to guarantee and ensure a high temperature accuracy. Our fan units can easy be equipped with air outlet and intake to speed up the cooling process and for diversion of dangerous fumes like smoke from oil etc.

All our Top loaded ovens and ovens can be adapted for protective atmosphere.

The temperature can be controlled by a digital controller/programmer or a PLC system if needed.

The Top loaded oven can be delivered with a telpher for lifting and loading of goods.

All of our Top loaded ovens are delivered with complete documentation and CE – Certificate according to LVD, EMC and Machinery Directive.

Our vacuum ovens are often used in applications such as drying or curing of epoxy up to 200 °C. The vacuum ovens can be delivered in a number of different designs for different types of processes and goods.

The vacuum oven is constructed from a pressure vessel in steel or stainless steel and is insulated with mineral wool and covered with coated steel sheets or stainless steel.

Depending on the temperature requirements the vacuum oven is heated up through heating fans or heating elements mounted around the mantle. The airflow can be controlled with motorized dampers and the fan speed can be controlled by a frequency controller.

Different types of vacuum feedthroughs, such as inside temperature measurement, can be placed based on needs and complies with ISO-KF / ISO-K standard. The vacuum pump is dimensioned according to the desired capacity.

Standard Oven OV300

The OV300 has a fan heating unit that forces air through the unit and circulates the air for greater temperature uniformity. The temperature is controlled by a digital controller. An actuator is mounted on the roof as an air outlet and can easily be connected to a ventilation system. OThe IF300 can be customized and options like shelves and Siemens PLC can be added.

We have the most common spare parts in stock and we if don’t have it in stock, then we have the ability to manufacture it immediately as we have all our manufacturing in house.

Air Heater – HA 33 (U.S Model)

The Air Heater HA33 is designed for curing of composite epoxy materials (CEM). CEM are used in hulls for sailboats and rotor blades in the wind power industry to achieve good strength in combination with low weight. The heating part is installed into the space for the curing process and re-circulates the air within the space with a fan.

The Air Heater can easliy be controlled via a simple digital controller like BTC9300 or through a more advanced control system like Furnblog X5. These units can advantageously be controlled in a group or separately if required.

Electric Heater Batteries

Our electric heater batteries is used in large ventilation spaces for heating of air. The electric heater batteries can easily be replaced at service and it’s easily installed if the existing heating source not is sufficient.

Rope Heaters

Our Rope heaters are very flexible, robust and often used for applications like preheating. The Rope heater can easily be wrapped  around pipes. They are manufactured with ball and socket beads which are threaded onto NiCr wire and then over-braided with additional wire.
