Furnblog X5 is a control unit specially designed for industrial ovens and mobile heat treatment machines. The heat treatment equipment is maneuvered via a 15″ touch screen with an outstanding user-friendly interface. Programs for heat treatment are easily created directly on the touch screen or in a software that can be installed on any computer and thereafter transferred to the heat treatment unit via an USB memory stick. Temperature curves and data can whenever be studied and transferred to a USB memory stick. Documentation for heat treatment is also easily created in software for computer. When information about heat treatment has been filled in, the program generates a specification with temperature curves and all specified data. The equipment can also be distance controlled through a VNC software and an internet connection.
