CALIBRATION

Ensuring the precision of temperature sensors and control systems is the foundation of quality-assured heat treatment. Annual calibration is our recommended minimum level. Certain standards require it as often as every three months.

TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey)

Temperature uniformity is often critical for product quality. A TUS involves placing thermocouples in different parts of the furnace and measuring how much the temperature varies between these points at a set temperature. By having our technicians perform a TUS measurement, you ensure that the furnace meets temperature uniformity requirements and that there are no leaks. Standards such as CQI-9 and AMS 2750 require regular checks of temperature uniformity and thermocouples.

Preventive maintenance

Detecting deviations at an early stage saves both time and resources. Preventive service can be crucial for ensuring stable and high-quality production. During an inspection, we review vital functions and components of the facility, check mechanical and electrical parts, assess wear, and verify that safety functions are operating correctly.

Repair – we are ready

We perform both major and minor repairs in our service workshop. We can repair fan heating units or various types of elements.

If on-site repair is required, materials can be prepared in our workshop for rapid installation on-site.

Sometimes it is more convenient to send the equipment to us. In such cases, we perform a fault diagnosis in our workshop and then provide you with an estimated price and timeframe.
