Batch Ovens

A modular concept with energy-efficient and reliable ovens for batch heat treatment. Our industrial ovens are ideal when products need to be heated in defined batches and can be adapted for different load sizes, production volumes and materials such as steel, aluminium, copper, polymers and composites. For demanding applications, these solutions can also be configured as compact industrial furnaces with precise temperature control and stable process performance.

Continuous ovens

For automated production flows with manual loading, belt conveyors, chain conveyors or integrated in-line solutions. Continuous industrial ovens are the right choice when products need to be transported through the oven in a steady flow, for example in continuous drying, curing, coating or vulcanisation. Depending on temperature and process requirements, we can also design continuous industrial furnaces for more demanding heat treatment applications.

Customized ovens

When standard solutions are not enough, we design ovens that are as unique as your challenges. All our industrial ovens and industrial furnaces can be customised in terms of temperature, size, material, control system, air circulation, protective atmosphere and production flow.

Built-in air heaters

Standalone heating units for installation in temporary ovens or customised heating zones. Our heating fans can be integrated into industrial furnaces and are suitable for applications involving composites and carbon fibre, where controlled air circulation and even heat distribution are essential.

HeatManager

With our HeatManager control system, developed specifically for industrial ovens and furnaces, you can optimize and monitor your entire heat treatment process. Energy consumption, alarms, warnings and temperature data are available in real time and can easily be compiled into clear batch reports.

Energy consumption

Heat treatment is often an energy-intensive process, which is why we continuously work to design our ovens and furnaces with the lowest possible energy loss. We were also early to develop MyOvenOnline – an IoT service that measures and logs energy consumption, helping customers track performance and improve energy efficiency over time.

Service

Avoid downtime and extend service life. We keep spare parts in stock and can quickly carry out repairs, both in our workshop and on site. We perform annual calibration of temperature sensors and control systems, as well as regular TUS measurements to verify temperature uniformity. Early detection of issues such as unbalanced fan wheels or leaking seals saves energy and ensures product quality.
