HeatManager

With our HeatManager control system, developed specifically for industrial ovens, you can optimize and monitor your entire heat treatment process. Energy consumption, alarms, warnings, and temperature data are available in real time and can be easily compiled into reports.

Energy consumption

Furnaces are an energy-intensive process, and we are therefore constantly working to design our furnaces for the lowest possible energy loss. We were also early adopters in developing MyOvenOnline – an IoT service that measures and logs energy consumption.

Service

Avoid downtime and extend service life. We stock spare parts and can quickly perform repairs, both in our workshop and on-site. We perform annual calibration of temperature sensors and control systems, as well as regular TUS measurements to verify temperature uniformity. Early detection of issues such as unbalanced fan impellers or leaking gaskets saves energy and ensures product quality.
