Our history

Electro Heat Sweden AB is a family-owned company run by the second generation. We have over 50 years of experience in heat treatment and furnace manufacturing, but we are also ready to supply the industry of the future with innovative technical solutions.

We are a dedicated team, all of whom have specialist knowledge in our fields. We are at the forefront when it comes to technology, and we also place a high value on creating a modern industrial workplace, with respect for each other.

Furnaces are an energy-intensive process, and we are therefore constantly working to design our furnaces for the lowest possible energy loss. We were also early adopters in developing MyOvenOnline – an IoT service that measures and logs energy consumption.

We take pride in supporting the shift to electrification, serving the power industry as well as start‑ups driving innovation in sustainable materials and products.

ElectroHeat specializes in heating technology and serves a global market.

Heat can transform materials and unlock their remarkable properties. We are driven by developing heating solutions that push the boundaries of material performance. Our furnaces are used in a wide range of applications, including hardening composite boat chassis, soft‑annealing aluminum conductors, forming plastics, and tempering gearbox shafts. Each furnace can be tailored to deliver an optimal solution based on material requirements, process needs, available power, and workshop conditions.

We deliver to large industrial groups such as ABB, Siemens, and Hitachi, but we also work with innovative start-ups, often with a focus on environmental technology. A significant part of our production is exported globally.

At our workshop in Gothenburg, we design and manufacture all our products in‑house. Engineering, electrical cabinet construction, and production are all carried out with our own machinery and expertise.

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is a global award that highlights outstanding entrepreneurs with vision and leadership. The competition started in the USA in 1986. Lisa Lundström, CEO of ElectroHeat, won the national final in the “Entrepreneurial Winning Women” category.
