Air heater mobile FHU

The FHU air heater is placed outside the oven and has connections to air ducts that can be installed in the oven chamber or directed toward the drying surface. The air heater is designed for, among other things, curing composite epoxy materials (CEM) and carbon fiber materials.

Product description

The air heater is controlled by a simple digital controller, BTC C42. Multiple units can be connected in a group with a master unit by adding the HeatManager system (PLC). The air heater can be ordered with different heating power levels and power supply options.

Our mobile air heaters have many advantages compared to conventional air heaters:

– They recirculate the heated air.
– Simple digital controller for setting hold time and ramp rate.
– Robust, built for industrial use.
– One unit can heat up to 50 m³ (cubic meters).
