Chamber oven

Our chamber ovens are modular and can be specified with great flexibility:

• Door or lift hatch

• Insulated bottom or bottomless (for trolleys)

• Loaded manually, with forklift, or by robot

• With shelves or racks

Our chamber ovens can be categorized into two main segments: below and above 500 °C. For ovens up to 500 °C, they are generally built with a steel profile frame and insulated with mineral wool and high-temperature insulation. Above 500 °C, a different technology is used, with variations in heating elements and material selection. At higher temperatures, we use spiral or band elements that can be placed in the bottom and/or side walls.

To achieve the highest possible temperature accuracy, we utilize our well-developed convection technology combined with finely tuned PID control.

Externally, our chamber ovens are covered with powder-coated panels available in various colors (standard RAL 7035).

Our fan heating units can easily be equipped with dampers for supply and exhaust air to accelerate the cooling process and to vent hazardous gases, such as smoke from oils. Heating power and air circulation are calculated and adapted to the geometry and heat absorption properties of the material being heated.

All our chamber ovens can be customized for protected atmospheres. The ovens can be welded airtight if required.

Temperature can be controlled via a digital controller or a PLC system with a touchscreen.

The chamber oven can be delivered as a standalone unit or as part of a fully automated oven line.

We can also comply with specific industry standards, such as AMS2750 (Aerospace) and CQI-9 (Automotive).
